User Data Deletion Instructions

Skyway Avenue (skywayave.com) respects your privacy. If you want us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data we received through Facebook or Instagram, contact us and we will delete it.

How to request deletion

  1. Email sales@skywayave.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the name and email address you used with our store, so we can find your records.
  3. We will confirm your request and delete your personal data within 30 days.

What we delete

We delete the personal information linked to you, such as your name, contact details, and saved addresses. We may keep order records that the law requires us to retain, for example for tax and accounting.

You can also remove Skyway Avenue's access to your Facebook data at any time in your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites.
